Employee Share Plan

Each year, subject to the Cardno group’s satisfactory performance, every qualifying employee will be offered shares in the company at no cost. Every November (subject to the Board’s approval), employees will be offered AUD$1,000 worth of shares based on a qualifying period of 12 months service, or AUD$500 worth of shares after six months of service. To be eligible, employees must have worked on average 100 hours per month during the qualifying period and be an employee at the time of issue.

For part time and casual employees who have been employed with Cardno more than 12 months and have worked more than 600 hours in the qualifying year, are entitled to AUD$500 worth of shares. Note: The employee share scheme is not transferable for cash.
